JonnikhanWhen I read that you use brown sugar in your spagetti, I just had to say: try cinnamon, just a dash. Brings out the earthiness of a good thick sauce. You'll should never actually taste the cinnamon; if you do you've added too much. Tell me what you think. Jonnikhan
